Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return an unworn item within 30 days of receipt for a refund on the purchase price or an exchange.
* Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and in new condition.
* Shoes that have been worn outside or have visible wear in the footbed are not considered to be in new condition and will be returned to the customer at his or her cost.
* Once your return is received and inspected by the Returns/Exchanges department (usually within 72 hours of us receiving your return,) your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically put back to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 - 10 buiness days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 24-72 hours after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
* Shoes returned after 30 days of receipt will be given store credit based on the current price of the shoe returned.
* Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturer's defect or freight damage.
* If you took advantage of a Free Shipping promotion when placing your order, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
* Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Except in some cases of Manufactures defects. In the case of a defect for orders shipped outside of the USA, the customer is responsible for return shipping and shipping on the replacement pair of shoes.
* Warranty claims are not available for refund, replacement only.
* outdoorshoes.run coupon codes can only be applied toward merchandise. They cannot be applied against Gift Certificates, shipping, packaging, taxes, or be redeemed for cash.
* Only one outdoorshoes.run coupon code can be used per order.
* Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and must be in new condition.
* Include your original packing slip. Clearly mark if you'd like a credit or if you wish to exchange the item.
* For a quick exchange, order the replacement item online and complete the return form for credit on your original order.
* If you are not in a hurry to receive the replacement shoes, please complete the return form reorder section on the packing slip, and send it back with the return and we will process the exchange when it is received at the outdoorshoes.run warehouse.
* If you are Outside the USA you are repsonsible for the exchange shipping.
